Welcome to the Carroll Community College Foundation Scholarship Manager!

This site allows current, returning & newly admitted Carroll Students to apply for hundreds of scholarship opportunities with one easy application. Scholarships are available based on various criteria, including academic achievement, financial need, county of residency, program of study, and community involvement.

The application for the 2026-2027 academic year will open on March 3, 2026. 

To be considered for Foundation Scholarships, students must:

• Be registered for at least 6 billable credit hours in a credit program at Carroll.
• Have a carrollcc.edu email and single-sign-on (SSO) credentials.
• Have a high school diploma or GED before fall 2026 classes begin. Students who will be dual-enrolled high school students in 2026-2027 are not eligible.
• Be in good academic standing
• Students must complete a FAFSA to be considered for need-based scholarships. Students without a FAFSA can only be considered for merit-based scholarships. Students may submit their scholarship application before/without completing a FAFSA, but cannot be considered for need-based awards until Financial Aid receives their FAFSA.
